Power Yoga is a strong and dynamic type of yoga, based on elements of Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. It has many qualities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as stress reduction. Power Yoga is definitely an intense workout that will make you sweat. This type of workout will give you more strenght, icrease flexibility and level of energy. As a result your mind and body will feel relaxed and strong at the same time.

Progressive Pilates

Classes: Tuesday and Thrusday at 17:15h

Body and mind program develops flexibility and body strenght, gives you control over your body and more balance. Some elements are the same as in basic pilates – the main focus is on breathing, creating strong muscles with good coordination and balance. The only difference is that progressive pilates is more dynamic, with less pauses between movements. This type of pilates is recommended for people who are already in shape, with higher level of skills. The work out can be done both with equipment or without it.

Vinyasa Yoga - Yoga for beginners

Classes: Tuesday and Thursday at 12:00h and 20:00h; Saturday at 9:00h

Vinyasa yoga is a basic version of yoga and yoga movement. It is engaged in all other types of yoga since all other dynamic types of yoga come from Vinyasa yoga. Vinyasa means “movement linked with breath.” Postures are strung together in a short or longer flow. In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. The instructor creates class secvences that include different types of monument to the sun, so that work out looks like dance.

Vinyasa & Ashtanga Yoga

Classes: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 7:15h

This type of yoga means strenght, endurance, flexibility and balace. Vinyasa combined with elements of ashtange includes counting, before transfering from one pose to another, there are several inhale and exhale repetitions. This kind of repetition leads you into meditation state that lasts through all class. Classes also include yoga drill (secvences), that focus on one particular part of body. Every 4 to 5 classes is paused with yin yoga, which is crutial for connective tissues in your body, this is why athletes do it regularly in order to improve their results.
