Body and mind program develops flexibility and body strenght, gives you control over your body and more balance. Some elements are the same as in basic pilates – the main focus is on breathing, creating strong muscles with good coordination and balance. The only difference is that progressive pilates is more dynamic, with less pauses between movements. This type of pilates is recommended for people who are already in shape, with higher level of skills. The work out can be done both with equipment or without it.
